"description": "Spring-loaded GT2 belt tensioner, 21 parts, built from scratch against Orchard doctrine (MOTION bearings/GT2 + SPRINGS extension rules + ENGINEERING build order + THREADS seed-rim/park discipline). MECHANISM: an orange 8mm tensioner arm pivots on a 608ZZ bearing (Ø21.9 press seat per the mate_bearing catalog, Ø19 retaining lip) around an M6 shoulder screw threaded into the blue base bracket. At arm end, a flanged Ø30/Ø24 idler pulley rides its own 608ZZ on a second M6 shoulder screw retained by washer + hex nut. A music-wire extension spring (Ø8 x Ø1.4, 6 active coils, add_spring, modeled at working stretch) pulls the arm via two real hook anchors: a long-leg hook wire dropped through the arm tab Ø4 hole and a ring around the grooved stainless anchor post. A tangential 16x6 slot + M5 clamp bolt/washer locks the set position. 4x M5 SHCS in counterbores mount the bracket. NUMBERS: belt working tension 30 N (6mm GT2, doctrine value); 60 deg wrap -> 30 N idler radial load; 608ZZ L10 = (3450/30)^3 = 1.5e6 Mrev (~63369791.7 h at 400 rpm, calculate_bearing_life). Moment balance 30 N x 60 mm arm = 1800 N*mm -> spring pull 54.5 N at 33 mm (rate 22.744 N/mm + ~15 N initial tension at 1.74 mm working extension; Wahl-corrected shear 445 MPa vs 758 MPa hook-derated allowable, n=1.70; spring index C=4.7, Kw=1.332). Pivot static margin C0/P = 16x. PARAMETRIC: arm_length (60), idler bearing (608ZZ family via brg_bore/od/w), spring_preload_n and arm_thick are document variables; arm_thick is live-bound to the arm extrude and was propagation-tested 8->10->8 (bbox dz followed). DISCLOSED: 608ZZ bearings modeled as outer ring (with ZZ shield fins) + inner ring; balls/cage concealed by shields, not modeled; bearings are procurement items. Bearing seats use mate_bearing's own catalog press-fit dimension (Ø21.9 for 608ZZ) but are cut as blind pockets to preserve the retaining lips — the macro itself only cuts through_all (probe-verified). Hex-nut internal thread + M5 screw/post external threads economized (bore/stems at nominal size, hex sockets real) per doc-slowdown budget; the two M6 shoulder-screw threads ARE cut as real helical geometry. Extension-spring coil modeled at its WORKING stretched length (11.6mm; free body length 9.8mm) so the static assembly shows the loaded state; hook wires modeled as a joined sibling part with long legs bridging coil to anchors (one physical wire in reality). GT2 belt itself is a procurement item, not modeled.",
